Soo Singapore Jerky Ltd. was founded in Vancouver, Canada in the year 1985, by a young entrapreneuring couple with one ambition -- to bring the great flavour of South-East Asian jerky to North America. We made our first major debut at "Expo '86" hosted at beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada.

"Soo Jerky" for short, we are a company conceived originally with one simple goal: to create the highest quality and best tasting jerky in the city. We started with Singaporean and Malaysian-style beef jerky and pork jerky. By 1989, our small manufacturing facility became a Canadian federally inspected meat plant (Establishment #267) by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), then known as Agriculture Canada. We then started to export our product to other provinces and select cities of the United States.

We now create many different styles and flavours of jerky, suiting tastes of various overseas ethnic groups from places such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia, as well as North America's western style jerky. As a complete meat manufacturing facility, we also produce pork and salmon sausages, and various other meat products.

Currently we are opening up our market internationally. As always, our main goal is to produce the best tasting and highest quality meat products!
